Today started good. I had my coffee with cream and off to work I went. I had planned my lunch, and forgot it on the way out! From there it was down hill but I managed to salvage some of the day.
Breakfast

Forgot my yogurt and granola!
Lunch
Take out from Noodles
Good estimate would be 1000 calories!
I felt so full I had a hard time concentrating
Snacks
None today!
Dinner
Turkey on a roll
I had horrible heartburn still from lunch, maybe I shouldn't eat out anymore!
Didn't drink my water, had 1 diet coke and 3 ice tea all day.
Maybe tomorrow will be better.
